According to the Living, Learning, and Earning Longer Collaborative Initiative, 80% of global leaders admit that having an intergenerational workforce is key to growth. However, less than 50% of leaders have included age when they think about diversity. Over 95% of employers have not implemented specific strategies to make sure that their workplace is one where every generation feels included and thrives. If we don’t put effort into this, it won’t magically happen. There has never been a time in history where every generations perspective is more needed at the table.
